Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Subscriptions and billing

Hielite is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us (through our payment provider) to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change, and we will give reasonable notice before any change affects you.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Any refund terms applicable to your plan are shown at checkout.

Course access and content

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access course materials for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute course content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or course content with others.
• Do not scrape, copy, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Be respectful in the community — no harassment, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post in the community. By posting, you grant us a licence to display and distribute that content within the Service so the community can function.

Intellectual property

All courses, materials, branding, and software on the Service are owned by Hielite Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

No guarantee of outcomes

Our courses are designed to help you become job-ready, but results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee employment, income, or any specific outcome.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hielite Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
